Register a Piece

To register yourself as the owner of a piece, enter as much information as possible below. We will verify the information in our database and add the piece to your record automatically.

Enter the title of the piece or series you are registering. Be as specific as possible about edition numbers and other variations.

Enter your full name, so that we can correlate this new information with our database.
(Required)
Enter your telephone number, so that we can get in touch with you to answer questions.
A Viktor Schreckengost Foundation-issued serial number, if you have one.
ex. watercolor, sketch, ceramic.
ex. Whatmen, Strathmore Cold Press, Strathmore Hot Press, Concord.
ex. Length 4" x Width 5"; Length 12" x Height 4" x Depth 2"; Diameter 14.5" x Depth 8"
ex. Length 6" x Width 7"; Length 4" x Height 1" x Depth 5"; Diameter 6" x Depth 1.5"
You might find the signature on the front, back or base of the piece.
The location where the piece is being displayed, stored or used. Include the address, telephone and email contact, and any other useful information.
Only enter a value if your piece was recently appraised or purchased.
