CAF will be displaying new artwork and also honoring Cleveland’s Renaissance man, Viktor Schreckengost.  New Acquisitions include important pieces by David Haberman, Ken Nevadomi, Mary Lou Ferbert, Paul Travis and Ora Coltman. Greetings from the Schreckengosts, one of 150 venues nationally to exhibit the work of Viktor Schreckengost in honor of his 100th birthday, showcases his hand-designed holiday greeting cards.  Some were printed, reproducing Schreckengost paintings; some were hand drawn or painted; and some were ceramic. The exhibit will draw from CAF’s own collection (a gift of Lawrence Blazy), from the collection of Joseph and Elaine Kisvardai, and from the collection of the Schreckengost Foundation. Both exhibits are curated by William Busta.  The exhibit runs from April 29, 2006 - May 27, 2006.  Gallery hours are Tuesday – Saturday, 1:00-5:00pm. 17801 Detroit Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44107-3413.
